Absolutely terrible service by this…

Absolutely terrible service by this company - All Area Pest Control. The second inspection, was minimal with no real effort to address concerns and no proper pest control work done. The mouse problem never improved as mice don’t eat the bait they used, making baits ineffective. Attempts to address this issue were first met with excuses and then no response. The lack of effort and results from All Area Pest Control after taking payment is disappointing to say the least. This is lazy, ineffective, and unprofessional service. Save your money and do not use this company. They are completely useless.

Ripped off

So we were travelling when the water from the bathroom flooded into the kitchen.

My daughter mistakenly went online Google and chose this company. They sent a couple of men that really took advantage of my unknowlegabke daughter as we were in a table.

What should have been a 250£ at most job was billed at 850£

Despite asking for details of what was done and parts replaced none was provided just an invoice
Over 400 for Plumber 2 hour .
Then it just went into twilight charges of 125 for vacuuming up the water.

Then £285 charged for parts parts/ materials except none was seen in my premises except for maybe a flexi hose connecting one of the bath taps and the left the overflow disconnected.

I did try to reason with these people but theyjust kept telling me the job was authorised.

Far as I can see , they stopped the leak then went on to take money for nothing

If you are looking for emergency work I don’t think this is the place for you.
