Sold as advertised and prompt shipping/delivery follow through.

I purchased an Tailbeacon from Allavionics.com on May 28 and returned it unopened per RMA# instructions to EDMO, Spokane Valley, Washington on May 30 for full credit less shipping and credit card fees. The person on the phone assured me that I would receive a credit to my card upon return of the item, but after numerous unanswered calls and emails I never received the credit. I had to petition my bank and claim a chargeback which was finally issued today July 7. I learned that Allavionics is a website remotely operated by a person located somewhere in Eastern Europe with a cell phone and a Square Credit Card Merchant Account. The website leads you to believe that the business is located in Wyoming, but research reveals that the phone is forwarded to a number in Eastern Europe and the Wyoming location is a building that rents post office boxes. Allavioncs.com buys and drop ships products from EDMO. Had I known this before, I would have contacted them avoiding all the time I spent trying in vain to get a refund.

I purchased a replacement ELT battery a couple of weeks ago. I found out you can’t expect them to be a full 5 year battery once received. Mine was manufactured in May so it will be a month short of 5 years when it’s time to replace. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. I spoke with Steve who made things right. Going forward I’ll consider using AllAvionics first based on their outstanding customer service after the purchase.

Ordered a new Trig audio panel. Best price that I found to get a new panel in my C-175 on a budget. Quick shipping. My avionics shop had the panel in 2 days which allowed them to start the install sooner.

Hello. I guess my AV-30C’s were on back order when I paid for them. With the promise of next day shipping, I had the aircraft scheduled for install yet my parts didn’t arrive as promised. Then when I contacted via chat, I didn’t get a response for 3 of the 5 attempts to find out where my parts were. This delay cost me more than using a competitor who informed me of the stock. I did get a fair price and the AV-30s arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I ordered an ELT battery from allaviinics.com. The price was the best on the internet when shipping was factored in, and it arrived promptly. I can’t see why I wouldn’t gladly order from them again. Viable competition to the big boy named after a tree is a good thing. This seems to be a great outfit and I can absolutely recommend them.

I bought a Trig radio. Price was good and the shipping was really good. Allavionics shipped next working day and Trig radio was delivered, no issues.

The price and product were as advertised. Would have been five star, but the customer service wasn't open on the weekend when I received the shipment. When I did get to them, problems were resolved quickly.

Fast and reliable order and delivery.

Placed order and did not receive any follow up, however my credit card was charged on the following day. Two weeks later there had been no action or communications, so I called and received a promise of shipment tracking and delivery that week, but no shipment was communicated or received. Now they're ducking calls and not returning calls. AllAvionics is a fraudulent vendor - stay away.
