Speed and empathy
Rarely do you come across a company who respond within hours and not Days or weeks if ever.
David at Allavsoft replied to an issue I had with my version of the programme he obviously read carefully because he answered my query very thoroughly. 2 Emails and sorted I am up and running again with what has to be the best audio/video downloading and conversion application on the market.

After an update for my Lifetime license, my software became unregistered. A few emails later, David got my issue revolved and I am so happy to have my software registered again. Kudos for the speedy response and care for my issue. Thank You!

Great bit of software to get video files you want, my only complaint is the app defaults to the same size window in the centre of the screen every time you launch it.
Would be great if it could remember your personal settings with the size and placement plus the width of the columns size of the window.

This is a great product to enable capture / downloading of online video material. I use it regularly to record YouTube videos specifically because my internet download speed is slow and variable, so real-time watching of material is sometimes difficult. Downloading the whole programme to to store and watch 'off-line' later is a much better experience for me.

For many years I have been using Allavsoft to download the videos from YouTube. Recently it stopped working, I sent a message to the tech-support of Allavsoft. Surprisingly they returned to my question promptly. Within 1-days the issue was solved. The support person was so professional and gentle, I really appreciative.

This software is not working at all on a macbook pro 2021 16". It was working some years ago, but since more than a year I can not download anything from any website.
Highly unrecommended!
The ~60€ for a liftime license I paid seemed cheap on the first view but for a not working product thats way too much.

Recently it stopped working, I was in great panic, and I sent a message to the tech-support of Allavsoft. Surprisingly they returned to my question promptly. Within 3-days the issue was solved. The support person was so professional and gentle, I really appreciative.

I have been a very pleased customer for several years. I use Allavsoft primarily to download a few playlists from Spotify. I rarely have had to contact them, but I have at least twice. The first was after a BSOD (blue screen of death) fatal system crash. They gave me what i needed to re-install. The other episode relates to Spotify changes, for which Allavsoft provided immediate help. Allavsoft staff are fast, professional and courteous. Their response each time was within two hours of my contacting support via e-mail. I highly recommend Allavsoft for your music converter needs.

I have been with this app/ company for a few years now. At one stage, transferring to another computer & this time not being able to copy. Allavsoft have always helped me & I would always recommend this App. It's great but also the after hour service. Colin Simpson Victoria Australia.

I do presentations regularly and many times there is no WiFi or internet for the Youtube videos I play during my talk. And then if there is WiFi, many times the WiFi is too weak or the internet is too slow. The best solution is to download the videos. My goto video downloader is Allavsoft. It works very well and efficient since I can set up a queue of many videos I need. Not only can I download the videos, I can them automatically convert to MP3 audio when all I need is the audio.

Allavsoft has regular updates which keeps up to protocol changes on Youtube including many other video sites. In addition, if I have any issues or challenges, their support team is prompt & responsive.

I highly recommend this product and no other video downloader online or installed on a computer works as well!

It's a scam. Probable data logger.

I needed Spotify flac supported version like before so I emailed them after purchasing the product, then they replied I should try Qobuz (not supported in my country) or other products to download flac and also they stopped supported high quality audio anymore for Spotify, now limited to 128KBPS mp3 so I have really wasted my money after being denied for the refund as well on support. Purchase at your own risk only if it fulfill your needs on free version.

My overall experience with Allavsoft is amazing. I've been using it for a while now and it hasn't failed me. It has been extremely reliable and is super quick when converting multiple videos or songs. I also love that their support replies very quickly and are super helpful.
I recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a quick and easy software for downloading your music and videos.
