Responsive to emails, and facilitated us when we unexpectedly had to reschedule at last minute!

Have used allChalets for a number of years now and their service has always been amazing. Yvonne is brilliant to deal with - super helpful and makes everything clear and easy.

Will definitely continue to use them!

Great to work with Yvonne from start to finish, looked like we lost our choice but she sat on it and advised when the other folks failed to complete which meant we had a lovely week in our first choice in Val d'isere.

What a lovely chalet! Very spacious, new kitchen and most bedrooms had enough suit which we were not expecting.
Check in was smooth and great communication. Photos on website really really do not do it justice. Hot tub was a added bonus. Photos on website need updating as it could easily be passed by.

Very well located. Better than expected given how on the edge of the town it seemed on the map. The entrance is right by a public walkway that connects to a lift that takes you straight into the town centre. You can also ski in and out from both entrances of the apartment. Working out where exactly these go take a couple of times but you can get both to the main lifts and follie. The room itself was clean had suitable storage and had enough supplies. The ski room is pretty good although 4 is a struggle to get into the locker. We arrived late in the evening when reception was closed but there was a phone number we called that responded and gave us the access we needed

The place it self was super small. A room with no windows can’t be considered as a bedroom! Who sells a room with no windows? Plus it’s an attic so no option to stand.

Extra costs for towels and bed sheets for babies we discovered few days before arrival - even though we paid a lot for baby crib, they asked extra more for the baby sheets!

Check in and out processes are not easy. After a long day with kids on the road you need to go look for the agency in town. A box in the building can be helpful. Same for checkout early morning.

This is the second year in a row we have booked a group ski trip via allChalets.
From sourcing the appropriate resort and accommodation, to assisting in making the entire booking process seamless it has once again a 5* service.

Its always tricky booking a ski holiday - finding a nice chalet to meet your needs, and most importantly, finding a company you can trust. allChalets is reliable and responds fast. They accommodated multiple forms of payment and were friendly throughout. The chalet we booked through them was even better than expected. Efficient personal and seamless

The accomodation arranged was first class and perfectly described. We found the prices very good also and allchalets were excellent to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Competitive price, quick with communications and provided helpful advice on extras.

It was so well organised and the chalet hosts were just lovely. Chalet was pretty perfect maybe just a couple of the showers need modernised.

Great location - short walk to the ski lift. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, food was delicious. The bath towels could be upgraded. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

We are a family in 3 generations 11 persons and we tried this Christmas first time a catered Chalet concept. Chalet Eisfall in St Anton was great. Location 30 m from Nassereinbahn. Service in Chalet with breakfast and 3 course dinner was excellent. Our hosts were really nice and helpful.I can’t find anything to complain about. Also to booking process wnt very smooth. I can really recommend⛷️⛷️⛷️
