Sample recieved by them Friday, result sent Tuesday. (BH weekend) so as per advertised. Triple therapy included on a positive result as part of the test price which is great for the price. Wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

There was a miscommunication but Daniel was brilliant in getting it sorted out. A member of staff told me I could go to The Doctors Laboratory, the phlebotomists they work with in London to have blood drawn from the finger, which turns out to be untrue. As that was late on Thursday, the last day the sample could be posted, that meant I had missed the last post.

However, Daniel arranged for me to drop my blood sample off over the weekend at the lab where the testing is carried out, and I got the result a few hours later and moreover, on a Sunday evening.

I went to The Doctors Laboratory because I was concerned about drawing too little blood and voiding the test. I need not have been. By using an elastic band as a touniquet, then warming my finger against a hot cup and holding my hand in the freezer for a few minutes, with a firm push the lancet painless released more than enough blood from my middle finger.

I was apprehensive at first. I lost my mom to ovarian cancer and wanted to check my C125 levels for peace of mind. The GP would not agree to the blood test as I had no symptoms so I searched for private tests and found All Checked Up. The test was easy to complete and the resuls were returned with 24 hours. I now have one less thing to worry about! I would definitely use this service again.

The service was rapid, which was good but I was repeatedly described as male. I am female. I corrected this error when returning the sample, but the result was still returned as if I were male. This does not inspire confidence and I do not know whether the result would be affected by sex.

Did everything they said they would and did it very quickly. The instructions were easy to follow. I read a few bad reviews on here where people were angry when told they hadn't labelled everything properly, so I took photos just in case, but didn't need them at all. Highly recommended.
