cannot say enough about the professionalism, dedication, and genuine care shown by this probation office. From day one, the staff made the process clear, respectful, and supportive. They don’t just “do their job” — they go above and beyond to ensure every individual has the tools, guidance, and encouragement to succeed.

- Efficiency: Every appointment was handled on time, with zero confusion. The staff are organized, detail‑oriented, and always prepared.
- Respect: I was treated like a human being, not a case number. Their approach is firm yet fair, and they balance accountability with compassion perfectly.
- Support: They provide resources, advice, and encouragement that make a real difference. You can tell they genuinely want people to succeed and move forward in life.
- Professionalism: Every interaction was courteous, clear, and consistent. They set the bar for what probation services should look like.

This office deserves recognition for turning what could be a stressful experience into something constructive and empowering. They are the definition of integrity and excellence in public service. If probation services everywhere operated at this level, the system would be seen not as punishment, but as a true pathway to growth and success.

AllCleared made the process extremely easy. All I needed to do was to get my finger prints and AllCleared even gave me the list of where I could go. I was able to get a monthly payments plan which greatly helped given my financial situation.

Good point-in-contact

I think they are a good point in contact for expungement. I just gave them a call and later I got a quote for $1,000 to open my introductory account. My travel needs are important to me and they made me feel like I could clear it up in a quick way.
