Fraudulent site
Fraudulent site. Ordered an item via an instagram advert only to find my account debited £48 to be converted into “credits”. Queried this and was told it was all in the small print. I put it in writing g to them that I wanted to cancel, but they have since deducted another payment. To add insult to injury I never received the item I ordered. I’ve now reported the matter as a fraud. Do not under any circumstances get involved with this company!

Fraudulent payments (bank sorted)

Be careful somehow they got my card details and have taken two payments out of my account. I informed my bank and the fraud department are investigating. Had to cancel my card and hope to be refunded. Be careful with your card details no idea how they got mine.
Update:
Since writing this review they have contacted me offering my money back if I update this email saying they have reached out!! (still no idea how they got my details). However my bank have refunded me because the payments were fraudulent my bank said this:
Hello. We've reviewed your fraud claim and have refunded the money to your account. Any fraudulent pending transactions you reported have been stopped and won't debit your account. Please note, they may still show in pending transactions for a short period. Any other genuine pending transactions will debit your account as normal, but they will have a reference number instead of the retailer's name against the transaction. We've sent you an email with support on how to recognise fraud in the future. More information is available on the dedicated Fraud Prevention section of our website. If you have confirmed your address is correct, a new card will arrive in 3-5 working days.
