A Trusted Dog Adoption Experience...Oh Also Cats Now

I can't recommend ADRS enough for my dog adoption experience.
The home check through to the completion of the contract signing was done in a caring professional manner.
My 1st dog was in foster locally and I was able to visit her on a couple of occasions to make sure we were a good fit.
My 1st fostering experience with ADRS went so well that my foster dog found a home within a week. It was me that adopted him and the support given encouraged me to foster again. If you feel you can offer a dog a foster home then you will be well supported.
Being associated with ADRS feels like being part of a large, loving family.

Great charity.

Great charity, finding suitable, loving homes for these unfortunate dogs & cats. Importance given for the right home and not always about whether you have a huge garden, you can live in a flat and also have children as long as it's a home where the dog is loved, cared for and it's needs met. Great FB owners group, offering advice and help, and general chit-chat, a little family of adoring dog parents. Got my dog from them in 2020, when they were affiliated with Small dog rescue in Sussex, they've gone from strength to strength since branching out on their own and many dogs are now living lovely happy lives now. Thanks ADRS🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

DON'T BUY, REHOME FROM ADRS

We have had three dogs over the past 3 years, the latest just weeks ago, through ADRS with another on the way in the very near future, and each time they couldn't have done more to make sure that taking on the newby was as smooth as possible.

They are always there with help, advice and encouragement and everyone is friendly and approachable.

Our lives have changed beyond measure for the positive thanks to ADRS and I would recommend approaching them if you are prepared for the challenges and commitment needed with some of these dogs.

If you are looking to rehome a rescue dog, ADRS are way up there in helping people do this.

I volunteer for ADRS

I volunteer for ADRS, fostering dogs. I have done for the past year. The people who run the charity have big hearts, and want to make a difference to these wee dogs and give them a chance at having a life. The alternative is bleak. They have also always been great anytime I have reached out for advice while fostering.

Very well run organisation who assess…

Very well run organisation who assess prospective adopters appropriately prior to the animals being homed. Really care about the dogs & cats in their care and provide ongoing support throughout your pets lives. So happy to have dealt with them.

Professional charity who really care!

We adopted from ADRS in 2024 and the process from start to finish was very professional and supportive. Their priority is always for the dogs which is absolutely correct and they will explain everything you need to know. I couldn't recommend them enough if you are looking to foster or adopt a dog.

Our Three Rescues Love Story...

We have accidentally adopted three dogs from ADRS and frankly we are stuck with these animals who we could not love more. These dogs have come from unspeakable and unimaginable lives and needed lots of love, patience and predictability. They got us and it turned out we actually needed them more than we ever realised. I can't thank this charity for their tireless work enough.

Excellent

Excellent from start to finish. Smooth adoption process, the time and effort they put into finding these dogs suitable loving homes is amazing. Best thing we ever did was adopt our boy Luis through them.

Experience of a new dog mum…

I homed a puppy from ADRS and it was the best decision! I have felt supported throughout the whole process pre and post receiving our dog and still feel part of a group where I can share updates and importantly seek advice and support as required. There was quality information provided preparing you for arrival and those early settling in days and months and how this will benefit you and your dog long term. As a new dog mum I learned a lot and still continue to do so! I would recommend ADRS to anyone looking to rescue. First class ⭐

Professional and caring Rescue

I am so glad I found All Dog Rescue Scotland. In 2019 I adopted Jasper and a year later I adopted Oscar and am so happy to have these cheeky little guys in my life. ADRS are very thorough and professional and during the adoption process came to my house beforehand to check suitability and then arranged a meeting with my resident dog to check there were no problems. I highly recommend adopting from this group as they are very caring and supportive.

The team are super responsive

The team are super responsive, kept me informed at every step and made sure I knew 100% what to expect when my rescue dog arrived with me. The after care and support was invaluable as well as the adoptors group set up to create a community of fellow rescuers.

Fantastic, friendly service

I adopted my first dog in 2021 through ADRS and last year we welcomed our second wee pup. The support, advice and dedication throughout the process was wonderful and I’m proud to say my two wee girls are ADRS dogs. I would never adopt from anywhere else now.

OUTSTANDING

Can't recommend enough. I have been so very well supported through the adoptions of my three ADRS dogs. It has been nearly 2 years since my first adoption, and I am still supported now after all this time. They care so much about every dog, and that care continues throughout the dogs lifetime.

The initial process was so thorough, and they helped me prepare for any potential scenario so I was fully ready for my new arrival. All 3 of my dogs are thriving and it is without doubt thanks to the support I have received from ADRS. Fully recommend adopting through this amazing organisation, as long as you are committed and take on board the advice you are given.

Great support, friendly and informative

My wife and I adopted our first rescue with All Dog Rescue Scotland in 2020, before the lockdown. From the get go, the team were really informative, professional and friendly. We had a brilliant experience, with plenty of support. We decided to join the fostering team, now having fostered over 25 dogs and adopted 2 more, we still receive ample support, amazing dogs and a friendly team.

Adrs are a great organisation

Adrs are a great organisation. My mum adopted from them and I foster for them. They are very thorough in their process and really do have the dog & cats best interest at heart. It’s about saving the animals! They are professional and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking to add another furry friend to the family.
