Stay away from this manufacturer, their quality is awful. After 3 months of owning my CQ 18T my fan is making a very loud noise, I did email A&H no response at all after 2 weeks!! Shocking customer service or lack of, Gears 4 Music haven’t been that great either but that’s a separate review….

I'm posting this with disappointment that a company such as A&H, with a strong legacy reputation, has allowed this situation to get to this point.

Firstly, despite emailing their head office & their UK after-sales service partner I've had no reply whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of the email.

I purchased 2 Zedi10fx mixers in 2021, one for studio use & one for a series of 20 minute performances. Due to the further lockdowns it was only in 2025 that the performances were rescheduled. The mixer has been used for less that 2 hours & now has no power. Checking online it seems that this is are known faults with the Zedi mixers, including with the power module. As such this should be covered in the consumer rights act (2015). So far, as mentioned already, zero reply from A&H.

I purchased an Allen & Heath ZED14 mixer from the authorised distributor " MUSIC STORE".
In less than 15 months some of the sliders were becoming unusable so I would swop to a " free channel not in use".
The product is sold with a 3 year warranty.
When the product was 24 moths old I contacted MUSIC STORE and expalined the situation. They said that they would send me a " returns form" by email and that I would have to pay the postage to Germany but then it would be repaired and sent back to me.
I did as instructed and paid the international postage to send it back.
After 2 months I had heard nothing so I started to chase it up.
They then sent me an email demanding 106 euros to replace the sliders saying that the warranty didnt cover these and it was wear and tear!!!!
I explained that the sliders is the whole point of having a mixer so whats the warranty for?
I phoned Allen & Heath direct but they weren't interested saying that I had to do battle with MUSIC STORE.
SO BEWARE.....THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY THEY CLEARY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE IS TOTALLY FALSE

unfair and opinionated customer care, not acceptable behavior

Spent 15K on an Avantis system. The rep for JAM, which A&H is part of who they appoint to fulfill their orders, kept assuring us that it would be sent 'any day now'. That was weeks ago. We are approaching a month later and nothing has been shipped for the 'not backordered' items. Slow response and poor order fulfillment. I will be canceling shortly and applying the money to a business who can actually get me what I order. Stay away from A&H while they are JAM.

I bought a Zi-10 desk during lockdown. Awesome piece of kit that integrates perfectly with my Daw with lovely sounding pre-amps. Sadly after two and a bit years it refused to power up. The lovely folks at A&H took pity and very kindly fixed the unit at no cost. Gold standard customer service. Can’t recommend the company ot product enough.
