I am being completely ghosted by this company. I need a refund on this baby book, and I've written five emails. The pictures in the book are different than the pictures the child is supposed to be matching. That would be extremely confusing for a toddler. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this company!

The busy baby book was a life saver for me! I had my 8 month old occupied for over 2 hours during a car trip and am so thankful to have stumbled across this product!

The item I purchased is a swaddle bunny. Very cute and soft. However, when it arrived I thought it had melted and it looked like putty, not fabric. I did not realize it had been vacuum sealed. It looked like it had melted via shipping. I was concerned it was a bio-hazard... Carol responded to me immediately and encouraged me to open the item. My husband took into the woods and like magic the air fluffed it up and all was well. I was relieved once it was opened that it was a soft cuddly fabric worthy of swaddling a baby.
I would recommend this product and Carol was great and very helpful.

Never buy from this company! Rubbish products and they completely ignore your their emails. Never again!

The activity book was exactly like it looked on the site
Our little one was certainly up to the two main pages with all the clips and the zip(a big hit)
The stick on bits pages I took out to save for later they will be great on long car trips

Waited almost 3 weeks for a substandard product. Wonder board, supposedly reduced to £31. Frankly, wouldn't pay more than 10 for it tops!. Looks amazing in the photos but doesn't live up to expectations. Poor quality fabrics. Buttons and clips i struggled to fasten/unfasten, certainly not for a yound child as shown in the advertising. So disappointed, thought I'd bought a great gift for first grandson, sadly not. Will be returning and requiring a refund.

An amazing company that offers a really efficient service. I purchased the Montessori board book for my granddaughter and am absolutely delighted with it. It’s colourful, fun and educational all at the same time. The activities in the book will grow with my granddaughter and I am sure she will use/play with it for years to come.
I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again.

I’m so happy with my experience shopping at Allende! The ordering process was smooth, shipping was fast, and the product quality is amazing. The child safety backpack I bought is not only adorable but also very practical — my little one loves it, and I feel so much more at ease when we’re out and about.

I am purely giving a 5 because my granddaughter absolutely loves this otter!!!! So for that definitely deserves 5 star. But.... Unfortunately there was issues with delivery and you cannot wash this otter, wipe clean yes.

So that is my honest review. The company did respond to my delivery email and apologise so you do have to be fair.

Buyer beware, this company can not be trusted! Ordered 2 of the brown otters and only one worked. I sent multiple emails right away for a replacement and have yet to hear back from them at all and it’s been over a month. They say you can reach them 24/7 but there’s no number to reach them.

I recently purchased the Dreamy Otter, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is great, and the soft, soothing sounds and gentle breathing motion make it perfect for my little one. It arrived quickly, and the packaging was secure. I also had a question about the product, and customer service responded promptly and was very helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this product!

I placed an order for two Dreamy Otters on 30th January. They arrived faulty. I have had no response from the company since my complaint 3 working days ago. They say they will reply with 24 hours.
As the previous reviewer says the items are shipped directly from China even though they say shipped from the UK in 2-5 days. They also claim "free returns " at the top of the page but this is also very misleading.

The website tells you items are shipped 2-5 business days (not true because it’s shipped from mainland China even though this isn’t stated anywhere on the website). I had purchased the sleeping otter for my son. The quality of the item itself was extremely poor that my husband was so horrified he couldn’t show it to my son. Apparently the company responds within 24hrs (also untrue as yet to get a response from them). Avoid
