Such a disappointing company

Such a disappointing company.
Ordered winter wheels, delivery was supposed to be delivered already but still looks like it’s not even in delivery.
Answering emails only occasionally.
Over 33 minutes on the phone with annoying music and no answer.
Save yourself the trouble

Customer Support not helping much

I will give 3 stars because the customer support is not offering clear information. I ordered 4 Bridgestone tires on the 2nd of October in the morning. On the same day I received 2 tracking numbers from GLS. 2 days later, the status was the same, the order just registered in the GLS system, not handed over and I decided to send an email to allereifen365.at asking about the status. At the same time, I sent an email to GLS as well, asking if they picked up the tires. On Friday afternoon, allereiffen365 replied that the GLS status doesn’t update very often, but the tires should be on their way to me. After the weekend, on Monday I received the reply from GLS saying that the tires have not been handed over and I should contact the seller. At that moment I started to panic and sent another email to allereiffen asking them to cancel the order and give me the money back as they have not sent the tires. Coincidence or not, approximately 1 hour later, the GLS Status updated and it seemed that the tires were handed over in Germany. A few hours later I received the reply from allereiffen that the status changed, without any other explanation. After this, silence in the GLS status again until last night when the tires arrived to Austria. Today I wanted to be home when they are delivered to be sure they sent the right tires, however, they were left outside without notice. Luckily they are the ones ordered, manufactured in week 30/2024, so 2 months ago. Hopefully no damage will be found when they will be mounted on the car. Long story-short, the delivery took 8 days but with all the negative reviews, those who answer the emails should provide more specific information to calm the customers. Will I order again from them? probably not because I don’t want to go through the same experience again.
