Nightmare - Home Starter pack made allergies worse
My husband bought the home starter pack for our daughter.
i put the covers on at that very first night my daughters eczema went from being minor to large itchy red bumps all over her body
when i went to return and complain i was told that no exchange or refund could be given because it has been opened... so if you buy this and the same happens to you you have no way to get a refund or exchange.
to make it worse they responses were very slow and we had to chase up constantly

Dear Charlotte, this is not a genuine review. I cannot find an order for a starter pack in your name or an email requesting a refund? Besides that, there is no way our products can make your allergies worse, as they are scientifically proven to improve symptoms from allergies to the house dust mite. I will be disputing this review and complaining to Trustpilot.
