For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened. Our air purifiers and replacement filters are used in the most sensitive environments, as well as for the most critical infection control purposes. This requires the strictest quality control. It is in place to protect our customers, as it ensures that every filter we send out is brand new, sealed, and unused. This provides our customers with important reassurance and reliability when ordering replacement filters from us.
Regarding the delivery: we do offer next working day service for orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday. Your order was placed on Monday evening, shipped on Tuesday, and delivered on Wednesday, which falls within that timeframe.
I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to realise that the wrong filter was ordered. As long as the filter is still sealed, we are of course happy to take them back. Furthermore, if you are ever unsure about which filter is needed, please do contact us anytime.
