Absolutely lousy customer service :-(

Purchased a model car at alles-meine via amazon.de. Thank god I purchased via amazon.de because alles-meine turned out to be absolutely incompetent. The model car arrived in time but had some faults which I reported to alles-meine via email system of amzon. I recieved a generic email response but nothing else for more than a week despite of several reminders. In cases like this, amazon takes over and handles the case on my behalf (thank you, amazon!)

So far so good. But then alles-meine had the nerve to send me an email (the first email I received from them) treathening with both collection and lawyers, see copy of the message below, clearly trying to intimidate me - absolutely ridicilous! (if they had only sent a regular polite email in due time, I am sure we could have found a solution.)

(Btw, I did respond to the email below but alles-meine has not bothered to respond...)

So I can only recommend to STAY FAR AWAY from this completely incompetent shop...!

Sollte keine Reaktion von Ihnen erfolgen, müssen wir leider weitere Schritte einleiten. Der Vorgang wird dann an ein Inkassobüro weitergegeben und ggfs. wird auch ein Anwalt eingeschalten. Die dabei entstehenden Kosten gehen natürlich zu Ihren Lasten.
Unser Anliegen ist es allerdings, das Problem schnellstens zu klären, ohne weitere Maßnahmen einleiten zu müssen. Dies ist allerdings von Ihrer Mitarbeit abhängig.
