I placed my order through the Belgian website and am extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.
Before placing my order, I contacted the company with several questions, and they responded very carefully and helpfully. After ordering, I received regular email updates at every stage of the process, which was very reassuring.

I ordered a custom-sized frame and, because I was worried about the glass breaking during transport, I also requested extra-secure packaging. The frame arrived in perfect condition and had been packed with great care.

The colour and dimensions are exactly what I had hoped for, and the finished frame is beautiful. I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you very much for the excellent craftsmanship, communication and packaging.

I waited for over a month to receive my frame. It arrived a week ago, glass broken into pieces. No padding or bubble wrap was used to protect it, the frame was just in cardboard sleeves. I got in touch with the client service about it and got no response. Bye 30Euro, welcome pile of broken glass. EDITED: After some time I received a package with a glass to replace the original broken one. I really appreciate the gesture and resending the glass, therefore I’m updating the review, although please next time get in touch with the customer and inform them of your plans. I was very surprised to receive the glass as I’ve never ever received any response from the client service to the problem I brought to your attention. The frame itself is beautiful, it would be great to ship it better protected in the future.

I ordered a set of 30 frames, all from the same manufacturer. The website said they'd be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
2 weeks later I get an email stating 8 of the frames were not available. I reply providing options, but their replies all take at least 2 business days to be issued. None of them contained relevant information. We agreed those 8 frames would be delivered at a point 5 weeks from that time frame.
3 weeks later, I received a package, that turned out to be the completely wrong frames: I received someone else's order. Now I have to make myself available to give the incorrect order back.
Two days later my order arrives, with all frames despite what they told me before.
