Great service thoroughly checking our attic and externally for holes and entry points and filling in anything they see.

Fernando from Alley Cat was very good. He explained everything he and his team were going to do and was very careful not to make a mess in our house. He checked in with us periodically to report on the progress. All of the team were good, professional workers.

Miro came to inspect our home, he was thorough and thoughtful and explained to us about rat physiology and behavior in response to our questions. Workers came from Alley Cat to complete the work specified and work was undertaken quickly and thoroughly. All in all a pleasure to work with this company. Yonklin and his crew are the best! They removed all the old insulation in the attic, used mesh wire, screws, and foam to seal entry points, and replaced with new insulation. What made Yonklin extra special was that he took pictures in the attic and gave them to me before he left. Alley Cat has great customer service and I recommend their services to anyone with a rodent problem!

I wish I had called Alley Cat first! The initial visit and assessment was thorough and confirmed the presence of a rodent (with pics of the evidence) after I'd been told by another company that there was no evidence of a rodent and no way it could be in that space. So glad I got a second opinion! Fredy and his team arrived for the cleanup, sanitizing, and entry-point mitigation work about a week later. They were fast and efficient. Fredy explained the work plan before they started and gave updates and took questions throughout. He showed before and after pics of the work that was done and walked through details of the warranty etc with some guidance on what to do if any issues or questions arise. Fredy and his crew were fantastic, and I feel loads better! Thank you, Alley Cat! While I hope I don't require your services again, should the need arise, I'm definitely calling you!

Alley Cat provided excellent communication, a thorough inspection and clear documentation of the proposed and completed work to rid my home of a rat infestation. The crew were timely, professional, courteous, took care to protect my property, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job each day.

Alley cat did a great job. We were really happy with service, result and price. The only thing we didn't understand was that with live mouse traps after setting them they wanted to wait 2-3 weeks to check them. But the rats would have died being trapped that long. I had to release the rats myself (the very next day). Not a huge deal, but didn't understand that policy.
