Thank you Escalation Team

My account was wrongly charged for a membership that I had not requested. I reached out to Customer Support and my request was immediately passed on to the Escalation Team. Jeremy, from the Escalation Team promptly addressed the issue and confirmed that my payment will be refunded to my account. Very quick response time and very prompt action. Thanks to Jeremy and the Escalation Team
