They are taking my money and I never wanted that!

I became a member of their club, but I never wanted to. On Facebook, I clicked on an ad for Marshall's anniversary hi-fi, where they were giving away speakers at a big discount for the company's anniversary. I like hi-fi technology so I was happy. I filled in the contact information, paid 9.99uero for the speaker by card. And suddenly I was a member of the Allgobeauty club, but I never wanted to! I wanted a speaker ONLY! So 9.99 euros is at Allgobeauty, then they took another 38 euros from the card as credit for the purchase and then another 6.95 euros. I emphasize that I was never interested in being a member of their club, nor was I interested in their products! And Allgobeauty has my money! I'm sick of them.
Edit:
On August 13, 2024, I was contacted by allgobeauty.com on my e-mail, and they wanted me to modify my rating and that they would then refund the stated 9.99 euros. I became a member of their cosmetics club through the website for ordering the speaker - but I NEVER WANTED to! I paid 9.99 for a Marshall Stanmore III speaker from an ad, so send it to me (send me what I ordered and paid for) and I'll be happy to write it up here.

Careful, don't use their service!

Absolute scam. First you're on a page that you think is Kiko Milano where you can order something cheaper. Then it turns out, with no information beforehand, you've started a subscription instead of receiving the item. Sure, there's a customer service, but then you struggle with them to get your money back and your data deleted. And it all starts with a scam. Beware of these guys. Cannot believe this is possible in the EU, it is definitely not compliant with customer protection laws.
Update August 5th: Since I first wrote this review, I have been contacted countless times by the company asking me to change it and promising me a refund. First of all - thankfully, I lost no money. It would have been small sums anyway, but I did get them back right away through my bank and I also blocked my credit card, so they got nothing from me that would need to be refunded. But it's interesting to see how they work: They rip off people and then promise to give the money back when they change their reviews. So this is the business model. And it explains why there are some positive reviews here. People just wanted their money back. This makes everything so much worse... also, they are not really based in Cyprus as it states on the website, but somewhere outside the EU.

I only received half of the promised refund !

Very confusing first online contact and I was suddenly member and paid 9 times 63 euro’s (every 2 weeks) via automaticaly VISA CREDIT ! They immediately refunded for only 63 euro. Then I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot and then they suddenly contacted me and ask me to update the negative review towards a positve review and then they did refund 4 times 63 euro’s. But now still 4 times 63 euro’s are to be refunded ! But I can’t geet any answer ! So I dit a negative review updat again. Be very carefull for this site : once they have your credit account, be aware of paying for a membership !
