You are the priority

Personally, the company was great. They do infact help you immediately and insure that your needs is a priority. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because there is some things I feel could have been avoided. Overall, I am happy with the service I have received.

Scam to tie you into membership

This is a scam to get you tied in to a membership, I got sucked into this inadvertently on 25.3.25 after placing an order for Zara clothes!!! Nothing to do with them, or so I thought!!
I've cancelled my 'membership' but say it takes 14 days and will be taking another membership installment within this period??? Certainly not legit!
I have now reported this business, do not get caught out by them.

Amazed anyone can say anything good about this company!!

I am absolutely amazed by the good comments about this company’s customer service!!! Despite repeated attempts by mail and online chats (phone calls would be too costly since the company is based in Cyprus!), I have had no resolution to my issue. I already wrote a warning review about this company last week as it seems they are using bogus adverts to get you to purchase a gift card from them. As I explained previously, I saw an advert for a child’s bicycle on a website called DS Auto Smart, which I realised too late was using false Trustpilot reviews, and having entered my card details to pay, I found that I had purchased a gift voucher for Allgocamping. There was no mention of a gift voucher with Allgocamping in the advert or at payment stage. When I contacted Allgocamping via live chat they confirmed they had my money but denied all knowledge of the other website and refused to refund. I was told to contact customer support by email. I did and got no answer. Back to live chat I asked if the company could look into how I paid for a bicycle on a completely different website and they ended up with my money and me with no bicycle. No real answer and what is worse THEY AGAIN ATTEMPTED TO TAKE £39.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAD MADE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR I DID NOT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE. Fortunately I was warned by my bank and the transaction was refused. I am told I have credit in my account to buy their goods but I have not yet been given access to the said account. Besides why would I want to buy anything from a company which seems to be entirely dishonest and doesn’t seem to care about the reputation of their brand? In yet another online chat yesterday I was promised that a member of their Escalation Team would get in touch within 24h. We are well past that now and no sign of anything indicating the slightest interest in my query. Shame the lowest rating you can give a business is 1 star. They don’t even deserve that!

Had to contact customer service about my account tonight and I have to say, had a bit of a wait to get through to someone on the chat, but once connected to Sammy they were super efficient and dealt with my query in one go no problem and I received the confirmation email straight away. Perfect.

Great Work

Your company is a SCAM I still haven't…

Your company is a SCAM I still haven't received my full refund afterall please people warn other people to NOT subscribe and always check what you are pressing on your phone I did mine but mistake and that mistake cost me R523 South African money and they want you to review them Good with 5 stars..they will route it HELL I'm still crying to date for my children's money they deducted from my account how I don't know because I did not give them anything Once you put your card details they use them to their advantage SCAMMER SCAM SCAM
