Apparently I signed up for a subscription with this company I had never heard of. Found out when £32 disappeared out of my account. I am told I signed the terms and conditions which I have never seen, because I thought I was signing up for a coffee bundle from Costa..absolutely livid. No help from the webchat who just kept copying and pasting the same reply to any question. I've emailed the company now so we'll see but I have learned a lesson I thought I knew...never trust an email

If I could, I would give this company 0. I made a one off payment to a different company, to find out they were taking nearly £30 from my account as well as the £9.95.
When contacted they told me I had an account, and had agreed to the T&Cs, this is false.

My daughter used my visa card today to buy through a tik tok link a discount card apparently for shein website that costed 2€. I immediately received an email from homebits4me.com and allgocooking.com informing about a gold membership subscription (50 € each one) that I'd have bought by credit card. No way to cancel them as the related websites don't exist. I had to block my credit card. It's a fraud, be careful!
