I would give a -star if it was an option. Dress was expensive. Yet, inaudible it because it was beautiful. I got a dress that I kindergarten child would have done.
They did not want to give me a refund.
I'll take my loss.

I ordered two dresses but I received two ugly dresses. I requested for a reimbursement or exchange. it seems impossible, the manager told me it can only give me 10 %. Who does that!
Please ladies stop wasting your money, you will not get what you want.

This site is certainly a scam. Do not give a single dollar to these crooks. I ordered a dress and eventually it was delivered. HOWEVER, the sizing was awful, the quality was extremely poor, and it looked like something my child could have made at school.

To make it worse, when I asked for a 100% refund (which their policy clearly says they will give you if you are unsatisfied), after weeks of pointless, back and forth emails, they offered ONLY 20% and refused to accept the dress back from me. I even offered to pay for shipping but once again, they refused. In the end, I got my money back through my bank.

I repeat, please, do not give a single dollar to these people whatsoever.

I ordered a dress and it came the wrong color. This dress I was supposed to wear for my daughter's wedding. I ordered a gray color dress, and they sent a champagne color one. The color doesn't go with the wedding color scheme, nor with my skin tone. Their answer was: that was the correct dress that I ordered. They told me to keep it and offered a 10% refund!! That's a big joke! They don't comply with their returns policies and keep the money!!

I ordered my wedding dress, paying extra for it to be tailor made. When it arrived it was at least 2 sizes smaller than I ordered.
After lengthy, useless communication they finally offered me at $70 refund and told me to sell it online🤬🤬

Ordered a wedding dress and my only complaint is that it took longer than expected to arrive, which, when coupled with all these negative reviews, made me quite nervous. I only saw these reviews when my wedding date was approaching and it hadn't arrived.
Nevertheless, it did arrive and it did fit. Just a few minor adjustments were required, which I did expect because I don't think it's an exact science when ordering off the net, plus I'd lost weight.
Allagown is known for relatively low prices so I cannot in fairness say that I anticipated better fabric quality. In any event, a wedding dress will only be worn for a few hours.
My main concern after reading these reviews was whether my dress would arrive, arrive on time and whether it would fit and all of those were fulfilled.

I don't even want to give these people one star! They deserve NONE! They are a bunch of thieves who take your money and then ask you to accept a 25% refund! Pathetic!
The dress I was provided was nothing like what was on the website - i then contacted them for them to tell me that there products are made to be 90% like the website! Sorry but how do people get away with stating that, the product is supposed to be what is advertised! They have been going back and forth with me telling me i need to accept their situation and accept 25% refund! I provided photos and all of the dress against what they told me it would look like.! This company are frauds and thieves stealing peoples money!

I ordered a wedding guest dress (pantsuit type) in early July for an Aug. 21 wedding. The credit card charged was of course right away. The confirmed order email was received stating that it would deliver in 10-business days. The order package arrived in mid August. The outfit was made of cheap lace and not well sewn. The jacket did not have enough fabric in the front to close. The pants were not even in length. These are not made to order as all the website asked for in what size (small/med/large/x-large, etc...) The package was an envelope to keep their cost down.
I immediately email their customer service and sent pictures and did everything they asked. Only to be told that they could only refund $24 US of $214 US charged. I explained that their own website stated a 100% satisfaction was guaranteed, their return and refund policy on their website is not adhere to... its just a scam to make seem legit. It been several emails and still no resolution. My only option now is my credit card company to deal with this matter. I wished I would have researched reviews before ordering from Allagown. I will be sure to share my bad experience with all who are seeking to anything online for formal occasions. Cannot say a positive word about this experience. I've been SCAMMED!!!

Order a mother of the groom dress for my son's wedding. Custom order with specific measurements. When it arrived.. the colour was wrong, it didn't fit, the finish was appalling, for example the lace trim on the back was 8" on one side of the zip and 4" on the other. The seams were pulled, over stitched, lace had not been trimmed properly, over all it was a mess. Tried to return it! don't bother, you get nowhere, they are rude, abusive, and refused to refund the money. Have now gone via my credit card to get my money back. I would say this is a FAKE site. What they advertise is NOT what you get.

I have ordered a dress and check the size measurements to make sure it would fit and decided to take a size up: easier if I would need to make it right. However, the dress I have received was so small. So I have completed all their procedure (returns) and after one month, no one has replied and help me. It's a scam ... Don't order any dress from them. Better go shopping in your country.

Unfortunately I haven’t read the reviews before ordering a dress since sept 26 ,2021 and haven’t got it yet although I was promised to get it within 21 days . It’s a shame I called the company’s phone number always answering machine reply’s and I haven’t heared from them yet. I hope it’s not a scam and they would send me the dress because otherwise I will check a legal way of stopping this scam if at all. I hope I am wrong and I will get the dress soon

Very bad service, until now haven't receive refund money £304 yet since October 2020. And there has no email response to me since from February 2021. Very bad business morality.

When I opened my package for my dress I automatically noticed a hole in the dress and then emailed them and back and forth they are refusing to take back the dress and give me a full refund. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and next step is to contact the attorney general office.

Wish I had seen the review site before I wasted my money. Have learned my lesson NEVER to buy from this company. Dress absolute trash, nothing like what was on the site. Don't waste your money like I just have. Have emailed with no response of how to get a refund. Help me with my refund and I will right a more flattering review!!!!!!!!!

I'll start off by saying that I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered a wedding dress in February. It just came a week ago and isn't the dress from the website. It's cheaply made and doesn't fit at all. I've sent several emails with no response back. DO NOT order from this website. Save yourself the headache and money. From what I'm reading from other reviews I won't be refunded so I'm out of $400 now.

DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THEM. MY DRESS CAME IN NOTHING LIKE IT LOOKED LIKE ON WEBSITE, ORDERED CHAMPAGNE COLOR AND GOT PINK. THE BRA SEWN INTO THE DRESS LINED UP TO MY STOMACH. Also, I never got a dime back from the Company on a $188.00 dress that will NEVER be used!

This company, AllGown is a total scam. I purchased a wedding gown from this company back in November of 2019. The wedding dress they shipped to me did not arrive on time for the wedding. The worst thing that happened, was that the gown did not fit at all, the material was very cheap, messy and didn't appear like a new wedding gown. The gown was rumpled all over and in substandard state. I asked to return the gown and was promised full refund by Sherry. Once the gown was returned to Sherry, she offered via email to refund half price, 50% excluding the shipping fee claiming that her manager said they have not received the gown i shipped to them. Meanwhile the delivery service honestly delivered the gown to allgown and there was confirmation that they received the gown. After so many unsuccessful back and forth emails with Sherry, I agreed for the half price refund. However, after a month I still have not received my 50% refund. I started to email Sherry as this was the only source of contact and yet she wont respond to my emails. I had to persistently email her several times and then she responded again claiming that they have not received the gown that I shipped; Sherry then offered to refund 30% of my money, excluding the shipping fee and I accepted. And yet, Sherry won't send my refund to me. It was a very stressful situation. I kept emailing Sherry and she kept ignoring my emails. It is important to note that from the time the outfit was sent up to today, January 6, 2021, neither AllGown nor Sherry has refunded the 30% of my money back. Do not use this company; all that glitters is not gold. They are BIG scammers and needs to be brought to justice soon.
