Excellent experience with Alliance Investments from start to finish. I purchased a residential apartment in Manchester city centre that completed recently. The team at Alliance guided me through the whole process from start to finish and kept in touch on a regular basis to update me. They helped me in finding a tenant via their lettings partners. Very happy and have recommended a friend to invest with them also who enjoyed the same experience.

I bought an apartment at Vision Manchester through Alliance Investments, and it has been an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, we were assured that our investment was protected (UN1). However, when the development faced serious issues, we were left completely abandoned.

Alliance pushed us to pay the second installment, providing misleading evidence that construction was progressing (such as photos of equipment on-site, which disappeared shortly afterward). We were pressured into making payments, only to later discover that our supposed protections were worthless.

When the developers went into administration, Alliance refused to take any responsibility or provide proper support, despite promising they wouldn’t leave their clients in the dark. Instead, we were directed to deal with the administrators or solicitors ourselves. Their lack of accountability and neglect of clients who trusted them is appalling.

This company either failed to properly vet the developers they work with or deliberately misled clients about the risks involved. Either way, they put their own interests above those of their customers.

If you’re considering investing through Alliance Investments, think twice. Their promises mean nothing, and you could end up in a situation like ours – out of pocket, with no support, and no protection. Avoid them at all costs.

Alliance Investments offers a solid property investment experience in Manchester markets. Their professional team provides support throughout the purchasing process, with expertise in off-plan sales. I encountered a 12-month delay but appreciated their transparent approach, variety of options, and dedicated consultants. While their service is generally good, there's room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and quality of furniture packs; responses were sometimes delayed, and I had to follow up on certain matters. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider working with them again.

I had a great experience with Alliance Investments UK, working closely with Hussain Rachid. His deep knowledge of the UK real estate market was impressive, and he provided excellent service throughout the process.

We decided to invest in the Uptown Manchester project, which is now nearing completion. The exchange of contracts was smooth, hassle-free, and everything proceeded as expected without any issues.

I look forward to collaborating with Alliance Investments again for future investments. Highly recommend their professional and efficient services!

VISION MANCHESTER

Poor, very poor alleged due diligence on Vision Manchester. Shocking sell considering the history of the director of Vision Development Limited. You don't have to look too far to see the history of destruction left behind by the director of Vision. We were told after the sums were paid that a new developer has been appointed and we were left with no choice. I am Sanjay Shah of Aleniam Limited, one of poor investors who bought two units from Alliance and now I'm in a financial ruin. Everyone will make money from Alliance to developer to administrator with no offer of compensation from Alliance. Complicit and Shameful. I hope the administrator will be more diligent in Director affairs prior to them being appointed. Manchester Vision was sold without proper due diligence in place and now lots of people are losing their deposits. No communication by Alliance is provided. Be aware of this company!!

Was financing secured? Did you do due diligence like Vision Tower in Manchester?

Alliance Investments promoted Vision Tower in Liverpool, now in receivership. Investors are losing money. It’s still listed as "on hold" on their website.

I see that Alliance still have Vision Tower on their website but have placed it "on hold". Was there finance in place for this project?

Alliance Investments have been promoting Vision Tower in Manchester. The development was put into receivership last week and people stand to lose a lot of money.
