leeches

money hungry leeches who take down websites under the guise of "protecting the internet from scary piracy" while actually removing internet history in favor of paychecks from crunchyroll and netflix

awful company

awful company. their goal is to stop the pursuit of "piracy" by making everything available through streaming services. what about things that arent on any streaming services? too bad! dont even think about archiving them either.

This is the most worthless organization…

This is the most worthless organization ever. All you do is suck the life out of everything and try to make it look like you're heroes when you're actually a bunch of evil witches who feed off of misery and despair by taking down websites who don't even pirate anime or movies.

You are questionable...

I mostly watch anime from offhand sources because I don't want to support the practices of most anime distributers here within first world countries, such as Funimation and CrunchyRoll by using their platforms: Interference with original creator's work, and misusage of funds. I look at some of the members of the group, and I don't see a need for them to remove websites that specialize in Japanese Animation, because most places they give us primarily focus on Western films and shows. Some of these names are very obscure. At this point, they are just probably trying to set the stage for themselves when they start showing their own anime, since I do see some big names in there.

Takes over streaming sites and says…

Takes over streaming sites and says "watch it legally" personally I find it extremely offensive when they have zero knowledge if you are intent on streaming pirate shows or shows you have a legal right to see. I also think them shutting down popular sites with a plethora of legal content because a few people (not the service itself) abuse any and all options to pirate content, shut down 50 and 100 new ones will open the next day, rather than shut these services down try and work with them to try and reduce it or track serial offenders. Quite poor practice to shut down the site and make the pirates scatter across new sites you dont know yet when you could have utilized them keeping them all in one place. The only reason you do this is because you get paid for "results" but lets be fair you close the site knowing full well new ones will take their place so you can charge your partners over and over rather than actually try and reduce it
