Really a great company and awesome…
Really a great company and awesome customer service. I needed some reagent grade NH3OH in late spring for delivery on the East Coast. Since it was already hot in the Mid West, Alliance had just taken it out of seasonal availability for shipping a day or two prior to my order (since it has a BP of 96 degrees). I called and they reviewed the weather where I’m located and it was still forecast to be in the 60s. We talked it over and they agreed it would still be safe to ship it to me. It worked out great.
