My fiancé and I booked a consultation to visit Sohail so we could explore the different options/specs for my dream ring. From the moment we met Sohail, he has been nothing but lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process from initial enquiry, to ordering, to making and receiving, Sohail will make sure you’re happy at every step and keeps you informed throughout. This was extremely considerate especially to any stressed couples as it takes a big load off your shoulders, knowing your dream ring is being crafted to perfection. I could not be happier with my ring, it is absolutely beautiful. As jewellery means so much to me & I’m very fussy when it comes to choosing the most perfect piece, my fiancé let me take the lead with finding a jeweller that I trusted & that would create outstanding results .. I came across Alliance Jewels one day on Instagram and I was completely in love with their work displayed on their feed. Not only this but the customer service provided by Suhail is 10/10, he was able to get back to me quickly with any question I had in the lead up to designing my ring & was always so polite in every encounter I had with him.

There was a slight sizing issue with my ring which did cause me to panic however Suhail reassured me not to worry and that he was able to sort this out in a quick manner. I cannot believe the quick turn around when it came to getting my ring sorted & back to me within 24 hours! Truly the best jeweller & most polite jeweller

From the personalised engraving to the carefully handpicked stunning diamond, alliance jewels is definitely the best jeweller and I will 100% be coming back to him for my wedding band!

My fiancé also got his platinum men’s band from Alliance and the finish on it is beautiful & so different from the standard men’s rings I’ve seen elsewhere.

I follow a well-known influencer, Desreen, on Instagram. She had her wedding rings upgraded for her 10-year anniversary and tagged Alliance Jewels, singing their praises. Intrigued me, I visited their page and did my own research. What stood out to me were the honest reviews and the craftsmanship of each ring. Suhali, the jeweller, puts his dedication into each piece, transforming every design from a template into something truly unique. I also appreciated that he had an office in Hatton Garden.

I reached out to Suhali regarding my own ring, and we went back and forth discussing carat size, clarity, and other details. He was committed to giving me the best and worked within my budget. Suhali is very knowledgeable about diamonds and took the time to explain every aspect of the process.

I wanted my ring to reflect the sentiment of my original one, as it holds deep meaning for both me and my husband. Suhali sketched out my design, and though I made a few changes along the way, I was thrilled with the result. Suhali was incredibly patient throughout, allowing me to pay with a deposit and a payment plan.

When my husband and I saw the finished product for my 10-year anniversary, we were both in shock at how beautiful it turned out.
