Experiance was abysmal
Item was ordered on 3 - 5 day delivery lead time.
After 27 days the item was finally delivered. The client which the item was for, got someone else in to do the job as they were sick of waiting for the item. Alliance then persisted for us to pay a re stocking fee, and the cost of the carrier to send the item back. Customer service is abysmal and the company are unable to take responsability for their own mistakes. Will NEVER order form them again! My mistake was using Alliance Remedials.

I ordered a product. It came 27 days later, instead of 3 - 5 days, i then had to pay 50% of the restocking fee and all mailing costs to return the product. Ordering from Alliance Remedials actually cost me money in the end. is that not correct?

We are sorry that you remain unhappy with the outcome of this matter.
Following the courier delay, we offered both a full refund or a replacement item, and a replacement was requested and supplied accordingly. As the replacement was a special-order item sourced specifically for your requirement, supplier restocking costs were incurred upon its return.
In an effort to resolve matters fairly, we reduced the applicable contribution towards these costs as a gesture of goodwill.
While we appreciate the frustration caused by the delivery delay, we do not feel this review fully reflects the full sequence of events or the efforts made to reach a reasonable resolution.
