Kath Neri was great, she helped me to get account back active and set up everything while I was pressed for time to do so. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. I really appreciated her help.

I drove from the Westside of El Paso, Tx to the virtual office on Montwood which is far East and arrive 15 minutes before 5 and the office was already closed! I immediately called customer service and spoke with Kath. She was extremely apologetic and told me she would mail me my mail at no charge. Thank you Kath for providing me world class service.

Fernando was awesome! I’m super late writing this review but I remember Fernando being on the phone with for nearly 30 mins answering all my dumb questions and even asking questions I didn’t know I needed addressed. And still at the end of the call he asked was there anything else I needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A major reason I decided to push along with Alliance.

I signed up for this service over a year ago and opted for the additional add-on of mail forwarding. I noticed that I wasn't getting any of my mail forwarded for months and found stacks of my mail at the building never forwarded. I requested this service be stopped and a refund they I was denied a refund. Then I discovered a few months later that the Alliance never actually had an agreement with the Property (which I have in writing from the propery owner) and they had no clue that Alliance was using their property. What happened was a random person rented some space at their office and created an illegal sublet of the space. Thus, why my mail was never being forwarded by the property. Upon discovery of this, I requested an immediate cancellation of service and a refund. Again, I was refused a refund and told my services have been cancelled and that I would not be charged after April 30th, 2024. I have been charged twice AFTER this occurance. At this point I will be getting my attorney involved to resolve their inability to continue charging me.

My money has been returned (deposit pending) The ONLY solution exceptable . I was still going to slam and drag the company until I was called by Axel Perez .I hung up in his face(it was a delayed connection so I always hang up.He called back.I was ready to be an angry and this guy delivered.A human whom was humble professional,curious but more importantly. Direct,to the point and affective. I was waiting for one word out of his mouth to be wrong and he exceeded my expectations. So I am a happy satisfied customer.

I was a client with this company for years and never had an issue until today. I reinstated my account with them in April, today, I came to the office to pick up my mail and was told that they have been returning my mail for the past month. I spoke with Denisse who claimed that she has been trying to contact me to get a Notorized signature but lied because the notary request was sent to me at the end of May, a month after I reinstated my account. So now I have to chase down my mail and find a new office because of their dishonesty and incompetence. I asked what services was provided and was told NONE, asked for a refund and was told NO. Truly frustrating.They are not BBB accredited for a reason and I see why they have a F rating.

I've been with their Miami branch for over two years. I wish I never signed up with them. Their level of service is so poor it's shocking. They never forward my mail on time. They don't track packages properly. They lose my mail. They keep my mail for extended periods of time without forwarding it... then... bill me extra for keeping it so long. They don't reply to emails for weeks. I've voiced my dissatisfaction several times. Each time I get passed onto a new person that's more incompetent than the last. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The service I received the past two days has been unparalleled. I initially believed that Kath was a representative who would assist me the first time I called. I realized that she made it her priority to assist me throughout the entire process of me reinstating my company. I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for an additional service because of her being so informative and providing me with the most exceptional guidance and assistance. With this company for six months. I called the Secretary of State and they advised me that alliance virtual address submitted the wrong business address to them . I called Allianr and they said they were not responsible and they cannot do anything for me. I am very annoyed. With this company. Don't waste your time—If you are looking to have a business address to register your LLC in Oregon, this is not the place. The Secretary of State does not allow their addresses to be used on your LLC, rendering a lot of what they offer useless to be legally compliant. In addition, you'll be locked into a 6-month contract.

What they do well is offer and market paid services. A virtual mailbox should be as simple as logging in the app or online account. However that's not the case. Upon logging into your account, where is your business address displayed or located? Its not, you have to open an invoice to find it. Where is virtual scanning or your incoming mail to see what you have? There isn't a feature or option for that. Drive for junk mail or ship paid for junk mail.

One pro you get for sure is the look of having an office.

Anytime Mailbox might be a better and easier solution for much better service and simplicity.

I heard that they have multiple locations. The one on Brickell miami is awful. Don't go there. What a disaster. They work hard to take advantage of you. They ask you money just to ask a question for example if yes or no mail is available.
