Corrandrum NS had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Allianz Rewards Pitch Day. For our small country school, the opportunity to play in Croke Park and be part of a full match day experience was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, the day was filled with fun, inclusion, and positivity.

The organisation and professionalism of the entire event stood out, making everyone feel welcome and valued. It was inspiring for our students to play in such an iconic venue and to be treated like real athletes for the day.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for creating such a memorable and uplifting experience. It’s something our students, our parents and ourselves will talk about for years to come.

Nothing but praise with Allianz Pet Insurance. We were put in an unfortunate situation were our dog was diagnosed with cancer and had to go through a lot of meds and procedures to try and fight cancer. Even if in the end our dog didn't make it, Allianz held up their end of the contract and paid out each and every claim we had until we maxed out our pet insurance policy without any hassle or drama. They even sent us a postcard to offer their condolences. These small and consistent gestures mean a lot to us in the time that we were struggling with the sickness of our dog. You bet I'm moving all my current and future business to Allianz.

Easy, Clear and straightforward

The company response was slow. I asked for a telephone call to follow up. It never materialised. My ask was not met and therefore I had to make alternative arrangements for my daughter to reach to/from her destination for the during of 1 working week.

If could give zero i would. Am disgusted. My car broke down. AA breakdown were brilliant. My car is in Garage. This company will not provide me with a courtesy car even though i have to get to work tomorrow. Was on phone 1 hour being put over and back between Allianz and AA. Am so annoyed. Am paying insurance with them for years and this is how a loyal consumer is treated. Just disgraceful.

I can't log in to my account, it tells me to reset my password, it is all too confusing

Can you please send reminder letters that do not have to be downloaded, it's a waste of my time and space on my computer, and even with that I still haven't been able to open the letter in downloads, it's a disgracce.

Rang customer service to retrieve a quote and Rebecca took care of me each step of the way. Really patient and kind. A great staff member to have!

I dealt with a customer service representative called Hannah who was very efficient and knowledgable about my query. She dealt with my query in a very timely manner, explained everything in great detail and was very considerate towards her customer. Excellent value on both house and van insurance. 10/10.

My niece was lucky enough to win an Allianz Rewards Flagbearer experience through my account. The Communication between Allianz (Niall) and myself the week of the event was brilliant. Kept me well informed. My niece Erin attended with her father and her father was singing Allianz praises for the way they treated the kids on the day. Erin had a great day out in Croke Park thanks to Allianz.

Too long to write. Angry and disappointed. Will get quotationsfor ALL my other policies with another Company and LEAVE you; will never recomend Allianz. Disgraceful how to have hehaved with us AND when tried, today, to call you took 5 (five!) attemps and wasting 1h56m and did not get attended. My old insurane police number was DN DMR 8194223. My age tells you that I am serious.

I can't access my renewal quote. You no longer post them; They are not emailed now either. I have to login to my Allianz, but I am constantly getting an error despite using a valid email, phone number, policy number and password. I have spent an hour trying to access my quote, so I've decided to just buy elsewhere. Horrific experience, and I've been renewing for years (in case you think I need to use forgot password - i tried that too - no satisfaction there either. A farce
