In January of this year, I placed an order for 150 and received it without problems. I just ordered another on 4/1 150 shirts and in less than a week my shirts where at my door, I am planning on putting in another order of 200 shirts in the coming weeks.

Seller cancelled my order and informed me they were going to hold my funds for up to 3 weeks to return my money.

As I was ordering my shirt I had a question. I called customer support and my call was answered right away. I ordered the shirt and when it came it was EXACTLY like it looked online. That's a rarity.
Good customer support. Good quality product. Wide selection of shirts to choose from. FAST service.
I've used other online custom t-shirt businesses and ALLIED SHIRTS is far and away the best!

So I ordered from Allied shirts I asked for the background to be blended with shirt in the instructions box also sent an email right after my order explaining what I wanted. They look awful and some have a big white line on the boarder that I asked to be blended in. Waste of money.

My shirts took 10 days to arrive after I ordered and I've been trying to get the damaged ones replaced or refunded for over a month now. The company is clearly trying to wait for the dispute window to close to block me. Be prepared to dispute if you're ordering from this company.

Buying T-shirts from this company is the worst business decision I've ever made for my small business. The mock-up process looked promising on their website, but when I received the shirts you could still see the off black background on the black T-shirt. There is no proofing team that reviews your design before they print which is unbelievably stupid and misleading for the customer. Allied shirts is just trying to make a quick buck and provides no level of quality or care in their product. Do NOT waste your money, or your time!

$500 shirt order, the ink washes off after the fourth wash. They refuse to make it right. STAY AWAY. TOTAL RIPOFF

They never tell the truth about shipping. I ordered shirts July 10.. The shirts never arrived by July 18 which they confirmed. They told me it was a shipping issue. We have to reprint the shirts. Then it takes another two weeks. I called back and they say it was returned again because of the address. I thought they were joking. They weren't. They said they have to reprint and send them again. I called back for the 3rd time on July 31 and guess what they said, it was returned; shipping issue. They have to reprint them... WHAT??? Never ever ever order from this company if it really is one. A baby was crying while I was talking to the customer representative in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL at best.

What is the point in paying extra for rush shipping and agreeing on a shipping deadline if the company doesn't honor it? I purchased 2 Tshirts 2 weeks in advance wtih rush shipping and a guaranteed arrival date, then 3 business days before they were supposed to arrive, I called to check on the shipping status, and they casually told me the shipping date had been pushed back to 2 weeks later. Say what?!?! To make matters worse, they told me that they couldn't expedite it to get it out in time according to the agreed upon date, and didn't even bother to call me to tell me it had been delayed or why. After I broke down into tears they assured me that it was going to go out the same day, and then it didn't! Their only saving grace is they did agree the next day to give me my money back. This was a very special surprise for my husband's big birthday, and this would have completely ruined it had I not found a wonderful small company in LA (Rapid Silk Screen Printing) who expedited my new order and let me pick it up 3 days later in person. Most of the time T-shirt orders are time sensitive for events, so if they can't even stand by the agreed upon arrival deadlines, what good are they as a business?!

Low Quality Print... I Do Not Recommend!
My first order with Allied Shirts went pretty well.
I use these shirts for Business. Once I started rotating their shirts in, I noticed that the print started to fade within six washes to where they looked like a 20 year old shirt by the time they were only washed less than a dozen times.
I went through the lengthy email process to where they said this was within their standard timeline for their prints to fade.
I was hoping for more from a company based in Austin, Texas!
They did offer me a $90 refund, which seems to be the standard offer by looking at past reviews.
I responded with: I'm not interested in a refund; my interest is in a Quality product!
I'm very Disappointed in this "New Normal" in Quality of Products & Customer Service!
I remember when American Products and American Businesses were the best!

I ordered shirts on 2/16 and it is now March 2 and I don't have any shirts. They say that they can't find my order even though I have a receipt from PayPal! If you are considering using them based on their website reviews, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM.

Misprinted $782 worth of custom shirts. Offered me a $90 credit toward reprints for their mistake. Use a better company.

You have an event. You plan for it. You send in your order in plenty of time according to their website. The shirts are GUARENTEED to be delivered weeks before your event. day of delivery passes...no response. day later, email telling of production delays with no new date of delivery. 3 calls made over the next week. I am informed each time that they are sending an email to the production team and will contact me when they receive word. Each time I call, they say they have no information of previous call. Now, I'm days from said event instead of weeks and they are still not dealing with the issues they have created. Please, if you want your event to have a t-shirt, stay away from this company. They are not worth it.

I received the my order today and am very, very disappointed in the quality. The images printed on the back and front are washed out and barely recognizable. I want a refund.

I wish I read the review before ordering. Terrible printing. Poor quality.

Black ink was not applied heavily enough to any of the yellow shirts in my order to prevent fabric color from showing through, a fact borne out by the photos provided. Art department declined to reprint, saying that not all of them were deficient. That is simply not the case. Anyone in the business of printing shirts who thinks that any of those shirts was of acceptable quality should consider another career. I was offered only a refund of 80%. I have wasted time and money, and my crew has only these poorly-printed shirts for their trouble. This has caused me embarrassment and frustration.

On top of that the design was quite noticeably off-center. Very sloppy, unprofessional work.

Really a shame your people can't do better than this. A waste of otherwise good shirts.

Customer service was really helpful and answered all my questions. I received the shirts in less than two weeks.

Easy designing platform, Great customer service, great prices and fast shipping. What more can you ask for? I will be ordering again very soon.

The quality of the printing was poor. The colors were off.

One size did not have my color in stock, so rather than reach out with an urgent message on a time sensitive order, you simply generically email with an order cancellation with no explanation and require me to figure it out on my own? This is the second order and the second time its happened.

The only reason to give up to 3 stars is the price is decent.

The words printed on the shirt were supposed to be dark maroon and it came so faded it looked like pink. I double checked the order and it was definitely supposed to be darker maroon.
