Customer Service is GREAT
Our small packaging company needed a new Time Clock and I wasn't sure which one to order. I reached out to someone in Customer Service and started emailing a rep. She helped me to understand what I needed and what would work best for us. I ordered the Time clock that she suggested and it is great. We received the Time clock and did not install it for over a month. When we started using it I had questions and she had no problems answering them. I have sent a few more emails asking different questions about the use of the Time clock and she has been more than willing to help me each and every time. When I purchase something I want the Customer Service to go with it. Thank you for helping me buy this product. This purchase was an excellent fit for our company and so is the Customer Service! I would recommend purchasing anything from this company!
