Ordered time cards 2 weeks ago, they got the money, I don't have any time cards. Called to inquire on them and was told they would go out next day and still no time cards.
I've updated my review as Allied has stepped up and sent the time cards via next day. Hopefully I will receive the free set they have promised.

Great Customer Service
We purchase the A15 time clock. It was delivered in a timely matter and was properly packaged. The customer service here in NJ is outstanding. I called several times when setting up and when needed guidance. The customer service rep for this area was a pleasant person to speak to and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. I do recommend this company for it's outstanding customer service!!!
