We have now had 6 air conditioning units fitted by Paul and his team. The standard of workmanship has always been outstanding, the most recent fitting has been beyond anything that we expected. We decided to have a unit fitted to the opposite wall to the outside wall, I expected that there may be some discussion about this due to the complexity involved, however, the fitter got straight onto it with out any fuss. The end result was amazing, they came through the side wall via a built in wardrobe and out into the wall. The finish is first class.

If you are considering an air conditioner unit then this is where you should go, you will not be disappointed.

We have just had a Samsung Slimline Wind Free Ceiling unit installed and are very happy with it. No chance to test it out in anger yet, but we expect it to be very useful.

Our daughter has 3 units fitted by Alligator and on Monday Sean came to service them, daughter was at work so we were house sitting. Spoke to Sean about an old unit we had, he suggested phoning Paul who runs the company. Paul came on Tuesday and discussed our requirements and on Friday Sean came and fitted the unit. These guys were excellent both onsite and in communication and all at a reasonable price. We are delighted with our unit which should also cover our heating requirements through the winter at a much lower cost than gas c/h. Many thanks guys

Very professional from start to finish. Site survey, quote and booking completed in a matter of hours. Quote was 25-30% cheaper than similar bespoke air con solutions. Sean the installer was excellent. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, professional assessment and fix of in situ unit. Then providing quote and discussion of planning for a new unit situated somewhere else. Work was carried out to a high standard and all people I dealt with were professional and courteous. Highly recommend these folks, you'll get a good job at a decent price !

Had 2 split system AC installed into my new home today. Had a very informative survey with Paul which was very helpful and he gave honest and reasonable quote compare to other AC installer in my area. The team that came to my property to install is polite and professional and have installed the air conditioner, cable and pipework very neatly. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent. Replaced an existing very old split system, added a new one to 2 rooms, and relocated a single system to another room as part of the job. Paul was spot on during the quote stage, and Sean did a great job installing the system. My house was very well respected with the guys cleaning up after themselves every day which was very much appreciated. Alligator even assisted in getting an issue with the wiring sorted which we discovered during instllation. All done for a very reasonable price considering the number of units required and the work involved. Highly recommended.

Had my AC installed into my conservatory today, as really needed to be able to use it all year around. Paul reached out to me and I was extremely impressed by his professional behavoir when we met.
