First time customer
First time customer, just a lowly crafter and I went 'all out' deciding to take the plunge and I'm so glad I did. I've never bought flowers online before but I needn't have worried as they were packed so carefully and all arrived in perfect condition. Very grateful for the prompt reply to my rookie questions too thank you. I may take a while to get through my first order, but I will certainly be back when I run out-thank you!

Amazing products
Amazing products, super fast delivery and careful packing inside the box. Love that each item was taped to the box so it didnt slide around and get damaged. Preserved roses are insanely perfect. Bought as a trial, will be buying more!

Different colour than expected
Ordered two hydrangeas, one was true to colour but the other which looked bronze on the website, turned out to be quite orange which isn't what I wanted. I'm going to have to spray it to get it to the colour I wanted. These were expensive items so not very happy that I didn't get what I paid for.
