Missing products and $45 shipping that took a week
$45 for shipping that took a week which left me having to spend money elsewhere to get products for a wedding this Friday and then the parcel finally arrived (I got the alert while at other wholesale as I was getting desperate as I fly out tonight and need to take them for a wedding. Alert said the parcel finally arrived and one of the two products that I based the over $300 order for isn’t even in the box!!! I’m literally left up s*** creek without a paddle right now as I didn’t buy the roses while out as it looked like they finally arrived!! I had recieved the preserved rose stems that were to go with the missing rose heads and they’re also in shocking crumpled up condition that would look awful in a bridal bouquet anyway!

We aim to pack orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Your order was picked within 40mins of receiving it in an effort to get it onto a courier before 3.30pm pick up on the same day (especially as it was going from the North Island to Christchurch).
When you informed us it had not arrived within the 2-3 business day estimated delivery time frames to the South Island we immediately contacted Aramex to find out it was at the Christchurch depot and it had been scanned into its delivery bay. We made sure to keep you in the communication loop.
Occasionally, errors can occur with our picking system (inevitably when time pressures are even more prevalent for big occasions like weddings), and also in our effort to pack it out so quickly.
As soon as we received your email about the missing item on your order we packed and personally delivered it to the Aramex depot for delivery to Wellington to ensure it gets to you in time to prep for your sister's wedding. I will be tracking your order this morning to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
Once again, we cannot apologise enough for the inconvenience and stress this has caused but hope that you find what we have done to provide a quick solution excellent service.
