Swift dispatch, excellent service. Emailed queries as to details and stock availability on Thursday, placed order on Friday, received Monday - well packed.

Allissia's Attic send faulty goods to your neighbours property. If they sign for them this is confirmed as proof that the product was in good condition. Read very carefully the terms and conditions on their website.

Anyone can sign a form blind. You are trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. Get your white delivery men to open the parcel check them in front of customers and then sign. You are placing the cart in front of the horse! Why do you not trust your customers?

I have purchased Arch framed mirror. it was a great experience. The product was delivered on time. it was packaged nicely. This the second time I purchased from this store and I will come again to purchase more. Nice collection and good service.

I only pressed one star as couldn’t write a review otherwise! This company should be struck off trading, Julie the contact makes promises, takes your money and doesn’t deliver, even has the cheek to ask for more money on delivery when should be free!!! it’s excuses, excuses, months and months waiting for your goods, blames the supplier Libra, but they are not much help either. Same as the the other dissatisfied customers, awaiting a FULL REFUND, Advise to look elsewhere!!!

Agree with the other one star reviewers. Move on and do not shop here. I too paid for a garden sofa and three months later I don’t have a sofa and had to request a refund and an apology! Not once after me chasing and chasing have they said sorry. They have had my money for three months now the task begins to get it back!

Please don’t give this women your money. You will be let down and her attitude is horrendous.

Delighted with my 2 new architects chest of drawers and the great service I received from this small business . All my e-mails queries on products and stock were answered quickly . It was a smooth purchase delivered 8 days later . In these difficult times think this is an outstanding service .I will be shopping here again !!!

Allisias Attic has won the title for the worst company I have EVER purchased from. I would not even give the company 1 star - it is way too good for them. I may aswell have been talking to a brick wall, in fact, I'd have preferred speaking to a brick wall than their customer service team. I'd advise no one to give this company a millisecond of their time never mind their money.

Recently purchased an item on there which showed as availible now to be told it will be next year. No apology just cancel order poor service

If I could give this place zero stars I would - avoid like the plague!!!! Horrific customer service - saved up £600 for an item and placed an order, had to chase 3 times only to be told over the phone it was no longer in stock and my order had been cancelled (they clearly don't keep their website up to date!) And to boot the woman was extremely rude and sarcastic! What a laugh!

Alissias Attic is a great shop. I had a smooth experience from the point of order to delivery. It was delivered with care and when I had questions they responded promptly. I would definitely recommend.

We asked a question about a product on line the shop is closed at the moment due to current circumstances and they answered very promptly and even delivered the item to us at our own home with no delivery charge. We do live the same area as the shop but this is excellent service and we love our Twickenham, TW2 sign that we bought.

Ordered a shoe storage cabinet which came on time. The quality is very good and it fits in my hallway perfect.
I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a ceramic brolly stand and a nice french egg cup holder from AllissiasAttic. I received an email to say that the particular style of brolly stand wasn’t available but given the chance to choose another, have my money back or wait for stock. I chose another as they was a large variety and of nice design. The items arrived well packaged and on time. Really pleased with the service, price and communications.
