Sorry to hear that but your commentary is not correct. We asked for your company details to activate credit card payment, as requested by our anti-fraud policy. Without this commitment, credit card is not available.
Moreover, we detected that you have been trying to send phishing SMS, and this corroborates our doubts and validates our policy.
I'm sorry then but your rating is not justified at all and unfairly penalizes our society.
