Seven years a customer, still happy.
I’ve been using All Natural Pet’s products for over 7 years now & found everything I’ve used, human or animal, to be of the highest quality & effectiveness. The advice & almost next-day service are both excellent.
There may be other places with similar products, it’s called a free market & customers’ choice. I choose to shop with All Natural Pet & will continue to do so.

I can not fault this company, Rayanna is always at the end of a message. She knows her stuff and really helpful. I have a new Romanian pup who had an infection and low immune system, I messaged Rayanna who told me what I needed I did the order the same day and wasn’t disappointed it was delivered within 2days! After a few weeks I had a very happy pup with no infection :) I have other fluffys who had a few probs a message to Rayanna is never a problem. Thank-you so much :)

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service, wish all companies were like this. Have tried a few products from other companies that made no difference. All natural pet products do work and amazed at some of the results in my dogs. Favourite product is the calming tincture but I love them all with the results they achieve.

Best herbal company by far
Best herbal company by far. Owner has excellent knowledge of products and delivery is more often than not next day..nothing is a bother wether it’s a desperate phone call, email or just asking advice on social media platforms..always very pleasant in all replies.. shame all companies didn’t have this level of customer services.

Fabulous natural products for both my pets anf myself, in particular the hand gel which I have bought throughout the pandemic, it's simply brilliant, smells divine, is antibacterial and its kept me safe for the last 2 years, Rayanna's knowledge and service is 5*, delivery is always quick, coukd not ask for more, forget the rest go to All Natural Pet

So if the customer service is so terrible, can you tell me your order number, so I can see if it was sent the same day as 99% of my orders are. I haven't copied anyone, there are many companies selling the same type of product. Are you quite sure you have ordered from All Natural pet as no-one else seems to think this.

Bought many a product from Rayanna her knowledge of pet products is outstanding her knowledge and expertease of these products is amazing.
Very quick to deliver ordered on friday revieved the item saturday.
