This type of service is a disservice for the industry and for tourism as a whole.
I hired and prepaid for a pickup at the international airport to a hotel in Paris. I received a call from a driver who spoke French and as a first time visitor to this beautiful country I have no or little understanding of the language. He apparently handed the phone to someone who translated for him - I explained that I would be out as soon as I picked up my bags. I then received a text to inform me that I had to be at picked up by 3:06 pm otherwise I would forfeit the ride or be charged 0.64 euro per minute after the given time. I reached the ride at 2:56 pm but the driver told me that the ride was cancelled. I reminded him that I had prepaid and showed him the text that I received. He was adamant that the ride was cancelled and that he was prepared to take me as a private ride. I told him that I would not pay again for a ride that I was in time and prepaid for . He left me standing there and thankfully I found another taxi ride.
A disappointing start to a beautiful holiday.

I have just downloaded my Allocab app, today is second morning that i had done a prebooking, and second Day that there is No driver, and no drivers on the Way, no drivers at all. After two mornings in a row waiting on the Street for over an hour to be able to find Anyone who would drive me to work! What is this Company! You made me super super Late for work two days in a row! I gave you a second chance because i heard good about this Company, But the recommendation have probably just been with a very lucky person who actually had a Car When they booked it!

On the 22nd of April, booking.com linked my airport transfer with ALLOCAB, low and behold, I was scammed, the company is a big Fraud, do not book them for AIRPORT TRANSFER, and they will not show up, I was miserable as the airport on this 22nd April 2023, at Paris airport looking for a ghost in a driver form, I'm going to press charges for defrauding me of my Hard earn money.

Cancelled a journey that I’d booked in advance.Suggest I pay 50% more !!! & Debited a erroneous late charge from my previous journey , when I’d been stressed trying to find the driver who arrived 30 minutes late. Won’t use them again it’s not the first time they’ve cancelled last minute & I’ve missed trains when they were 33 minutes late. Customer service is great ! Dealing with complaints which is rare these days. But it’s too late.
