Not happy

First we need to change parking which was further away. Not clear where sign to parking was. Driver not friendly. Coming back we needed to wait 30 mins. .....

I had a confirmed booking and paid in…

I had a confirmed booking and paid in full. I rang 30 minutes prior to arrival to be told the park was full. I arrived at the park. No staff in attendance. And rang again. I was told it was full and to go somewhere else. I am now looking for alternatives to park to be able to make my flight. Poor service. Poor communication.

Star Parking was closed / full and no one replied

Star Parking was closed and no one responded to the phone, we were redirected to a voicemail.
Other persons who were waiting for a while in front of the garage door told us that the parking is closed because it is full and advice us to find another solution asap not to lose the flight.
Hence we parked elsewhere and took a taxi. We are therefore asking for being reimbursed. This is the first time I’m so disappointed with the a parking proposed by Allopark. I trus Allopark will proceed with the reimbursement without delay and will revise its recommendation for Star parking

Left me hanging, twice. Unreliable

We showed up at the meeting point after making the phone call. Nobody enter answered or came, over 45 minutes!
A full out catastrophic situation where we had a car we didn’t know what to do with, all other parking services full. We ended up taking the airport long time parking service. Paid more but worked out good, with 20 minutes to spare before we missed the plane. Actually, this happens in Paris but 2 months ago, the parking spot cancelled my reservation the day before I was supposed to show up. Never again.

Bedrieglijke aanbieding

We hebben een parking geboekt in Charleroi. Onze boeking spreekt ook op Charleroi maar uiteindelijk bleek de parking in Frankrijk te zijn. Zelfs het meegegeven adres is gekend via waze in Charleroi. Alles wijst dus op bedrieglijk opzet van de aanbieder. Wij zouden bijgevolg ook graag ons geld terug krijgen.

In answer of your response:
We truely selected a parking spot in CHARLEROI. The adress mentioned at the booking was also CHARLEROI. The moment we arrived at the adress, there was no parking in the neighbourhood.
It´s easy money that way.
Your information announced it wrong. Maybe you should check your information.
We travel 7 times a year so we really know how to book a parking spot!

Information about the parking location was not presented correctly. First it showed 4 minutes. After paying it showed 8 minutes. The real transfer time without traffic is 12 minutes
