When you contacted us, we discussed the fitment and explained that the test tool provided should be used before installation to confirm suitability. In this case, the AlloyGators were fitted despite not being suitable for your specific wheels, which is why the clips were visible and the look was not as expected.
As two profiles had already been used, we offered a partial refund and also suggested Rimblades as an alternative that would work better for your wheels. We do our best to help in these situations and regret that our solution didn’t meet your expectations.

Used alloygators. The company had my review removed. So I'll post it again in hope to save others damaging their alloys.
i have used these on two cars. they have ruined both cars alloys with corrosion when removed as apparently "if they are poorly fitted or the alloy is dirty before applying, this will happen"> they were fitted on brand new cars in the showroom. there was no risk of dirt!. the head office at alloygator have advised me renaults and citroens are apparently notorious for corrosion. however having had new cars for past 31 years and NEVER having any issues with corrosion until using alloygators i personally see a theme that alloygators have ruined the alloys! i stand by my assumption. i would never recommend. its cheaper to repair the alloy IF they get knocked,

The whole process from start to finish proves there is still great customer service out there. Unfortunately the gator could not be put onto my car, Dan sent through the returns form and postage slip. Unsurprisingly Royal Mail lost the return on tracked!. Dan stepped in to help chase and sort out the issue. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Many thanks.

Package lost with not track sorted out
I had a bad experience with the courier who lost the package and even after months of trying to sort it out they never did anything for me. I contacted Dan from Alloygator and he solved the problem within two or three hours. Excellent customer care.

I had an issue with my resent purchase of gators for my Honda jazz the Honda dealer advised that the gators would not fit correctly due to the alloy wheel design being a sport model so I had to return the gators and dealt with Daniel Grimwood who was very helpful in dealing with my concern and was able to get my refund dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Avoid at all costs
I had Alloygators fitted to my brand new mini by one of their approved fitters. About 1 month later I was having the car ceramic coated and the wheels coated as well by a professional detailer. He needed to remove the gators to apply the coating to the wheels and researched how to do this properly without damaging the wheels. Having removed them he found all sorts of damage caused by the fitting and use of them. I returned to the fitter who agreed that they had damaged my wheels and agreed to pay £400 to refurbish them. He wouldn’t however reimburse me the £180 I paid to have them fitted. I then contacted Alloygator who after several condescending emails also refused to reimburse me. In my opinion a product that is designed to prevent damage and does quite the opposite damaging them is “not fit for purpose” and I am entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The bold claims made by them can also be interpreted as false advertising and can be reported to Trading Standards. Misleading Marketing Regulations 2007. I fully intend to go via Trading Standards and report them. A product that is meant to prevent damage but instead causes damage is to be avoided at all costs.

This is the 4th set I have had fitted and the First on my Audi TT .
I took the car to a few tyre centres who when a tyre needed removing maintained they could fit the Gators.
They cant .....and it shows...
Took a 60 mile round- trip to have mine done ....trust me ...
Its worth it!
