Their website doesn't give the full picture.
Although their website is great, I found their service to be less good. The website says wheel refurbishment takes 2-3 days but I had to chase them to get my car back (dropped off Thursday morning, collected the following Wednesday), their website opens with a 5% off on your first order (and doesn't specify what type of order) but when paying you discover that it only applies to the purchase of new wheels and, finally, pressing the buttons on the keypad on the gate doesn't get anyone's attention.
Addition, following Alloy Hub's reply.
We clearly don't see things the same way. Friday to Tuesday is three days, so Friday to Wednesday is four. I never said I was happy with the work, it's only okay, not perfection. The 5% discount doesn't state that it only applies to wheels and the keypad wasn't working when I originally booked my car in, four weeks before I actually dropped it off.

You dropped your vehicle earlier than scheduled, therefore, unfortunately as you can appreciate, we have other allocated work for other customers – we completed your vehicle on time within the 2-3 day timescale as outlined at the booking.
As regards the buzzer on our electric gates, we are currently awaiting for this to be fixed, however, in the meantime there is a sign with our contact numbers on the gate post.
In relation to the 5% discount that is promoted on our website – this is purely for the purchase of replacement wheels. On a positive note, we are glad you are happy with the workmanship that we have turned out for your vehicle, and will continue offering this high quality to all our customers.
Whole experience was a pleasure
Absolutely delighted with the refurbishment of my Porsche wheels. The whole process was explained to me and after I chose a colour I left the car in their capable hands for 3 days. The finish and quality of the work is so good they look brand new. Could not be happier. My thanks to all the guys for their excellent workmanship. I highly recommend.

Replacement wheel
Since my local council twinned the area with the moon, avoiding craters has gone from being challenging to impossible. So, one of my Pretoria 19" wheels rotated its last and needed to be replaced. VW would like a King's ransom for a new one and the various offerings on eBay etc., are of dubious provenance - perhaps. AlloyHub came to the rescue with a refurbished wheel, painted up in gloss black. After checking it out with my local wheel specialist, it passed A-OK and it's on the car. Service and delivery were efficient and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

First Class Transformation
Just had my X3 alloys refurbished by the team at AlloyHub - a brilliant service and a fantastic finish. The before and after photos are startling. Alloys were suffering from filiform corrosion - common on diamond cut wheels. Went with AlloyHubs powder coated Anthracite Grey finish - Jack and Gavin provided a first class service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.

Finish and Quality Second To None
Took my car and left it with them for four days as I was not in a rush. The premises are secure and in the middle of no where away from prying eyes a big plus if you have a car towards the top end of the scale. (I have not)
Time was taken to explain the process and range of colours, I went for gloss black with white star lacquer. The finish and workmanship is top quality, the customer service is attentive

Fantastic service provided by AlloyHub. I wanted to refurbish a tired set of original 18” alloys for my Mk2 Audi TTS. The service provided from the outset was very professional and I was instantly impressed with the range of finishes available and the attention to detail they were willing to offer. The chosen colour was Audi Graphite Grey. I found the price incredibly competitive and was able to take advantage of an offer seen online via Facebook. The alloys were turned around for me within the timeframe requested (just 48 hours) and the finish achieved, given they are 10+ years old, was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend AlloyHub.
