I needed a tuning mech for an imminent gig. Ordered for delivery next day before 1pm, and had it by 10am. Royal mail failed to keep their tracking up to date, but I can't fault AllParts for that.

Helpful Responses, Quick Turnaround

Really good customer service with quick response. Offered to special order item from overseas and advised of timescales. Very quick processing, postage and delivery of order. Would recommend.

I ordered some fairly pricey Tolex…

I ordered some fairly pricey Tolex glue. When it arrived there was no labelling at all on the bottle and the plastic bag that it was in had already been ripped open by somebody, making it look like it could have been some other customers return. The glue looks very thin and watery - could somebody have used a bit and added water before returning it?

Washburn G5V spare parts

I spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful person and was also told that if my purchase did not fit on my guitar ( I bought some licking nuts for a guitar with a floyd rose tremolo system) I could simply return it and try another set.
