I would highly recommend Allpests. Friendly and professional service who came to deal with my mice problem quickly and efficiently.

I have recently, used the services of Allpests. I received a very quick response, to my initial request. Lorraine attended, she was, extremely friendly, informative and professional, on the three occasions that she visited. I was very pleased with the service. I would certainly, use them again, if the need should arise. Hopefully not though.

to all people thinking of using AllPest Rapid service, I would advise you that you will not get value for money. We paid £185 for the Rapid Service - which took about 20 minutes - to eliminate a hornets nest in our cottage. When AllPest said they were finished and we paid the man, we were told that everything was done okay and that the nest had been thoroughly treated, we might still see hornets going in for a couple days but they would infect themselves and die. After one week the nest is as active as it first was and a call to AllPest to tell them this resulted in a request for aa further £75 to do the job again!! In other words AllPest did not do the job efficiently in the first instance and now have a long list of excuses why and will not come to complete the job properly unless we pay again. Welcome to Rip-off Britain AllPest! I have not used any profanity - the meaning of which is 'obscene or blasphemous' - I have simply told the truth!

We needed to get rid of a recurring bees nest at my dad’s home.
Came back for additional treatment no fuss to make sure they had all gone.
Would certainly recommend them

Mark came out immediately when we discovered a wasp's nest in an area where members of the public were at risk of being stung. Very efficient and friendly service. Thank you

Allpests came out at short notice when we had a mouse problem, a very professional service, efficient and effective, would highly recommend.

Would of given no stars but sadly this is not an option
Do not use this company we used them to solve our woodworm problem in the loft and was given a 30 year guarantee 8 years later our perspective buyers had a survey at which point we discovered the woodworm was still active contacted Mark at Allpests in Barnstable and he refused to attend and inspect the problem subsequently we lost our buyers so the Sovereign guarantee is worthless and Mark has given up responding

Excellent service, I had a rats problem and Mark had come out and sorted the problem and gave some advice on how to prevent me from getting the problem again, thank you for you help.

We would like to say a massive thank you to the ALLPESTS for such a fantastic and professional service . We had a mice infestation in our property. I called ALLPESTS regarding this problem at 9:30pm and they arrived very promptly at 7:30 in the morning. The technician explain the process of the removal in great detail and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend this company.

We had rats were they where feeding off the bird-feeder so we called allpests they come out to us solved the problem and told us what to do to prevent them form coming back Mr.young
