SCAM!!! As someone else has already written, same happend to me. I was signed up for a membership I didn't agree to, nor did I know about, while I was taking part in a competition. The fee I paid was suppose to be for delivery of won product, but turns out it was a membership fee.

This is a scam.
I was signed up for a membership by taking part in a totally unrelated contest. I don't even have pets!
Cancellation is only available with a fee for immediate termination or after a waiting period during which time membership costs are due.
Online representatives and email support are expectedly unwilling to help.
They even tried to blackmail me into giving a good review here as to avoid the cancellation fee.
