Disappointing
First delivery had burst open containers so got a refund on two before discovering there were more but didn’t get around to sending in photos so lost out. Latest delivery was delivered to wrong house which was corrected after multiple messages to courier but it was a warm day and some of the meals didn’t seem to have remained frozen. Not great! The meals themselves are tasty but will cancel my subscription due to the issues experienced. Also no incentive to remain a subscriber after initial discount offer.

I’m so upset as didn’t actually get the chance to trial properly!
The meals themselves clearly full of flavour… just unfortunate so much extra “liquid”

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the dishes, though we’re sorry the portions weren’t quite right for you. Our in-house nutritionist ensures that all of our dishes are nutritionally balanced and have a minimum of 2 of your 5 a day. On average our single-serve dishes weigh around 380-450g and our double-serve dishes weigh around 760-900g. We understand though that everyone's portion size preferences vary. That's why we have a delicious range of sides to complement our main dishes.

Great tasting meals that are not…
Great tasting meals that are not heavily processed like the majority of supermarket meals.
They happen to be vegan but carnivores and omnivore's are welcome to eat them 😁.
Only 7.5 minutes to reheat inthe microwave with a few preferring slightly longer in an oven.
I initially thought they were too expensive to use long term but the quality is so much better than my usual supermarket ready meals of be a fool to stop. Roll on good food 😋😋.
Minor negative is I'd prefer a choice of delivery company as in my area DPD notify me of when by 11 usually, Yodel leave me hanging around all day until mid afternoon to tell when it's arriving.

After receiving your initial email, we promptly added credit to your account to cover the cost of the dishes, and as we didn’t hear back, we assumed this had resolved the issue. We’re always here to discuss further if needed, so please do let us know.
Regarding your request for soy-free options, we actually have a range of meals and extras that are free from soya in the ingredients. We shared more details in our email reply, but please note - our chefs take great care when preparing all of our meals, however as we don't yet have separate areas in our kitchen, there’s still a small risk of trace amounts of soya. Our kitchen uses tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya and other allergens.
