Systematic misleading of customers regarding shipping dates

Title: Systematic misleading of customers regarding shipping dates
Extremely disappointed with Allpowers. I placed an order (UA3640) for an R1500 Lite. They promised me in an official email that it would be shipped on March 5th. On March 6th, the item is still not shipped, and their website magically changed the date to March 10/15.
Their automated chatbot does the same: one day it promises the 5th, the next day it automatically shows the 10th. This is a clear pattern of misleading customers to hold their money as interest-free loans. I have initiated a chargeback through my bank and filed complaints with consumer protection authorities. Avoid this store if you expect honest communication and timely delivery.
Order ID: UA3640
Evidence: I have screenshots of the email confirmation from March 2nd promising shipping on March 5th, and screenshots of the website/bot changing dates on March 6th. I am ready to provide these to Trustpilot support upon request.
