Untrustworthy inauthentic company and management that are supremely fake in their values and ethos.

Staff member at Sydney domestic terminal 2. Completely ineffective, did not know prices, forgot my order and in addition got the pricing wrong!!!
Would avoid this shop always.

Worse ever coffe not recommended

First experience of Allpress coffee: shock at expresso sized cup for my latte charged at £3.20! Half the size of standard size in other establishments! Told it’s quality is superior to other ´cheaper bean’ quality, when I mentioned my disbelief to the barista. (To be fair, she showed me an understanding look, as if it was a common complaint). Well, when I sat down to drink it, expecting to at least experience the difference, it didn’t happen. Seriously, there was nothing rich, creamy and smooth about my latte, as I was expecting. Felt ripped off and very disappointed. Definitely won’t be back!

The feel of a lovely specialist company which has sold out. Packaging goes cheaper, delivery performance variable, quantities reduced, a complaint about a batch goes unanswered. Still nice coffee but expensive and no longer ‘special’. Sad.

I had an issue with an order placed online, item never arrived (postal issue). Sent an email and this was dealt with quickly and professionally on the same day. Excellent customer service will shop here again. Thank you.

Allpress is priced at specialty coffee level, but it didn't put the level of care like its specialty coffee peers. My other purchases from other roasters via online are around 2-3 days from roasting. However the Allpress beans (dark roast) was 10 days from roasting - which to be honest is quite unacceptable, especailly for dark roast which go stale much faster. I emailed them twice to ask whether this is their normal practice to send stuff 10 days from roasting - they didn't reply. Very, very disappointed.

The beans didn't have good aroma like you typically look for. Also the bag used was really disapointing.. It doesn't even have resealable bag. It was just not a quality bag you expect from its league.

When are these prices going to stop?

Superb customer service that went above and beyond. This is a company that obviously cares about each and every single customer's experience. It also helps that their coffee flavoured chocolate is off the scale good. Thank you Alice and the team.

I live on Redchurch street (shoreditch) and this is a great local take away coffee shop, never get a bad coffee... prices are inline with the area and quality, they have dealt with the Covid set up really nicely. The staff are great... consistently friendly and laid back... can be slow service but I personally prefer good coffee and slower service !

This is my favourite coffee available in London. The Shoreditch (Redchurch Street) branch is a bit small but the Dalston spot is really great. We went to their branch in Melbourne which was also awesome. I'm 3X more likely to order a coffee when I'm at a restaurant and I see they use Allpress coffee.

Honestly the best coffee in London. Wherever you see the logo you’re being looked after with a nice hot brew. Highly recommended!
