They overcharge me for a simple pipe leak fix. They didn't give me a detail order receipt and do what I was told when I phone them for a detail list. They charged me $4,000 for the job. After talking to them on the phone they said they would refund me only $500 for all work that was not done. This was for only a two foot copper pipe repair

They billed us $ 400.00 per hour, a horrendous amount
to repair our leaking PVC pipe between our house and the water meter. The plumber was at the house for 3 hours and allow 1 hour to get to our house, the bill was
$ 1700.00. They repaired the major leak but we still have a minor leak and it looks like this would be an
additional $ 1000.00, we refused to pay this amount.
I would never have them back.

The main water line hookup to our mobile home had a leak that was turning the backyard into a swamp on top of all the summer rain we're getting this time of year. I was told by the park manager that it was our responsibility to get it fixed ASAP. I called around and was told by other plumbing companies that it would be 2 weeks before they could come out and get the water back on. I finally got service when I called All Pro Plumbing at 11 am and the repair and new pipe upgrade was completed by 6 pm that very same day. We are in the middle of mini-typhoon season here in Florida but that didn't stop their man Ronaldo who dug the trench and completed the job even while it was raining sideways.
