Your stuff doesn't even have a hint of oregano oil,it is harsh.I found the taste to be bland. Then on top of that you send me another order that I didn't order.I am going to my bank and better see a refund.

I purchased their product, next day emailed them NO REOCCURRING ORDERS UNTIL I SEE SOME RESULTS. They reply, yes your order is only One, all is good. No all is not good. Hello, patient of Dr. Polous here. Wanted to write a review on my experience. I have been here for three years and I’ve had an excellent experience. High recommendation for anyone seeking Psychiatry or therapy.

I received my first product and it was one bottle which I ordered. I tasted it and it's supposed to have a lot of herbs in it and it's red like cherry juice and taste like cherries or something but there is zero Taste of anything that would indicate that there's any types of herbs in it it just tastes like sugar water within a few weeks I got four more bottles of it and they charged me $144 and then I just got an email the other day that says my next subscription order is going to be sent out on January 30th I had already canceled once I canceled again today and they said they were going to deduct another $144 from my account I emailed them and said I want a refund and I have the other four bottles that they sent me there is no return address on them there is no information at all on the package. I did look at the bottom more carefully and there isn't even their name on the top of the bottle so I think it's a total scam and I'm going to let PayPal know again. Why do we have to go through this.

If I could go lower than 1 I would. Doesn’t work and they keep sending product that I didn’t order and charge me for AND I cannot cancel. I’ll have to cancel my credit card to end it.

After getting the product and trying it, I was suspicous that there was not a hint of bitterness which is part of the profile of the ingredients listed. It tasted like sugar water. I asked the company for 3rd party testing and they beat around the bush. I don't trust them.

Absolute scam !! Ordered mine and received it no problem . Paid $93 AUD. 1 month later they take $224 out of my acct and said I had a subscription ! This is bullshit
I cancelled my "subscription" I emailed them constantly and they kept saying the refund had all gone through on their end and to keep checking with my bank which I did and they couldnt see any trace of it !!
They have now emailed saying my subscription is "RENEWED" and money will be taken out again tomorrow ! I have once again cancelled the subscription but what now ? Do I have to do this every month ? Why can't they leave me alone !!! And give me back my fkn money. Scamming dogs

CON - DO NOT USE!!
Placed an order via Instagram and paid £34. Ordered in 07 Sept and to date 07.11.25 still no parcel. When enquiring you get a chat box and no resolution, other than will pass to human to investigate. Following numerous attempts to chase/communicate, I am being completely ignored. Watch out for repeat prescriptions - another con. Again, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! Mrs Angela Gibson, Scotland, UK

I am experiencing the same issue as previous reviewer. I did not sign up for any subscription and my account debited by a further £54- no response from company. Thankfully PayPal are investigating.

After seeing an instagram post a few times I felt confident to order some herbal liquid drops. they arrived 3 weeks later. The packaging was odd as there was no company name on it and so it could have been anything. I started using the product and after about an hour it was repeating on me and I started to feel ill. I stopped taking it and then a few days later tried again and the same thing happened. 2-3 weeks after this I received an email to say my subscription was on its way and they were deducting 54.00 from my account! I emailed back immediately and said I had not ordered a subscription and wanted an immediate refund and received no response at all. £54.00 was deducted out of my account and today some more product which I didn't want has arrived. I have gone onto their website to try and access my account and there is no record of my order. Furthermore, I have been onto my emails to open the emails they sent to reply and guess what they dont open and just buffer never loading. A complete scam. These products could have anything in them. I thought they were pure herbs etc and now I feel cheated. If they are a bonefide company why would they not respond and why would they scam a subscription off me. Dont buy anything from them. I dont know where its come from or who they are! Cant believe I fell for this I normally trustpilot a company before buying!
