Don’t order from here took money and have received nothing. Phone doesn’t work, ignored emails and Facebook accounts . Scam
Great customer service from Mo
Sadly the trainers I ordered were out of stock. Initially, I was disappointed that I found it hard to telephone the company but later learned that they were experiencing staff shortages.
I emailed the company and Mo telephoned me back to discuss my options. As the trainers were a christmas present for my daughter, I felt unable to buy alternative ones as they were the ones she'd chosen.
Mo was brilliant and completely understood, He has organised a full refund and I would look to use the company again in the future.
Poor service
I made an order on January 25th. February 7th I emailed them to find out where my order was. I had received no contact from them to that date. The next day they emailed me telling me due to an engineering error the product I had ordered was out of stock and they offered an alternative. I'm left wondering why I was not contacted by them first. Yesterday, 8th Feb, I missed a call from a Leeds number when I was at work. Today I answered the call assuming it was from this company, however it was an automated call from an insurance company, regarding my mythical car accident. Coinincidence??? I won't be buying from this company again.
